Perinaldo Pinocchio has lost his way and is trying to get home to his Brother in the USA. Since he is wooden his thoughts are a little dusty and he got lost in time trying to find his Brother Rusty. Who isn't much sharper either. The two brothers are haveing a race to see who gets home sooner.
