Current Goal

Please help Amore win the contest. If you can help with any of the following areas, Amore would forever thank you. We thought it would be fun to do a Temecula Valley Geocachers TB Race. Let's see How far & where they go by the end of the year! There will be a prize for: * Most miles by the end of the year * Most pictures taken of, and posted on this TB’s page * Most number of States it entered * Most number of Countries it entered * Most number of caches it visited. The race begins in Temecula at the March 2011 Meet-N-Greet, and ends on December 31, 2011. Winners will be announced at the First TVG meet-n-greet of 2012 Please help Amore along so he can win a prize at the end of the race. On a side note I would like to travel to the Island of South Georgia which is located east of the Falkland Islands. THANKS!!!!!

The TB pictured is a replacement cuz it was confirmed that someone stole the original.  So he is back in the race with a lot of catching up to do.  Our friend Jin, an exchange student from Korea, helped us plant this.  He is liking geocaching.   PLEASE HELP THE TB ALONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Snake fruit in Indonesia This fruit grows on thorny palm tree like bushes. You peel the snake like skin and eat the white pineapple tasting flesh.

  • Hanging out in Bali These sculptures are all over and decorated with fresh sweet smelling flowers daily. I took a group TB picture before I dropped a few off. You have been dropped off next to the Ubud Royal Palace in Bali, Indonesia. There is a sculpture like this guarding you and a lady selling fresh fruit including rambuton and durian. I'm heading to the US soon but wanted to leave you over on this side of the world to explore some more.
  • Daily Hindu offerings Here you are with other TB's next to the ubiquitous daily Hindu offerings. These have shredded pandan leaves in the middle- which are also used for tea. The flowers signify the rest of the 5 elements- fire, wind, water, earth, ether(air/space).

Took you to my favorite part of Singapore for my favorite festival. You know why this city/ country is so great? Because all the different ethnicities and religions get along so well. Because the government insisted that Malays live next to Chinese who live next to Indians etc. the cohesiveness from the "outside" looks great. Take note world! This temple is so interesting to look at.

Took this bugger to go see the bamboo forest, the geishas of Kyoto and the monkeys who live on a mountain among the gorgeous fall foliage. Apparently 8 million other tourists had the same idea. I love how the Japanese appreciate nature. I also love their orderly train system.
