The first section of Niagara Bruce Trail, really where the journey begins. 22.8 to 42.4 + Short Hills Reroute KM. Conscription, Brock University, Lake detours, Decew House form 1812, Decew Waterfalls!!, Short Hills (w/ Deer Bait), Spooky Pet Cemetery. TICKS!!!! :|

Niagara Bruce Trail - Part 1

The first section of Niagara Bruce Trail, really where the journey begins. 22.8 KM. Cold Hard Mining, Ontario's second oldest geocache, Fireman, unnecessary detour at Woodend (featuring on big long switchback), Welland Canal w/ sxrxnrr, P.E.Z., Hiking cockroach. Shortest of the BT hikes so far, but much more managable! Finished off in St. Catherine's.

#500!! Navigated the maze using some strong Signal Readings and learned about some nifty GPS facts and interesting Geocaching creeds. Managed to find my way out of the maze, and even discovered the final for the treasure hunt in the museum. My city was Shanghai - so ironic.. har har. BlueOrca still can't get enough of that epic F1 race, she headed off to São Paulo instead. TFTH!
