The purpose of this travel bug is to share my passion for puzzles. There is no particular travel agenda other than to remain in circulation. You should attempt to solve the puzzle while it is in your possession, and put it back to it's original state before placing it in the next cache. When you drop it off in a new cache, please indicate in your log if you were successful in solving the puzzle, or not.
The Object of the Bed Bug is to Free the Long Handle piece from the rest of the puzzle, and then to put it back on again. It is considered to be a Medium level of difficulty. No force is required. See the pictures for what it should look like solved, and not solved. If you post pictures of the puzzle, please do not allow the registration number to show in the photo. Please do not request the solution. If you are interested in this or other similar puzzles, I purchased this puzzle from LiveWire Puzzles in Edmonton.

Found it in Kinsel Park which is one of the many well hidden parks in the area. Had a great walk a couple of rabbits did stir when we entered the area. I am interested in puzzles so I did retrieve the travel bug and plan to have it back in circulation in a short period. Thanks for sharing...didn't have anything to leave so I left some cash maybe the next person will take the cash and start another bug on its way to places unknown.

Kids and I started working on the puzzle the evening we got home. Haven't figured it out yet. We won't give up just yet!

This can be solved, and after I got the solution for it I was able to do so in minutes. Just to amuse myself I dissasembled and reassembled it multiple times and it can be done quite quickly - once you know how. It can appear impossible but there are very slight changes to your approach as you work thru the puzzle to get you to your goal. Thanks for the TB, I wish I could have solved it without help - but I would have had to keep it for much longer than I did.
