About This Item

Chicken Little


Chicken Little was born in the zoo in Grand Rapids MI.
One foggy night he was stolen by Col. Sanders.
He was taken a long ways from home to a processing
Plant……..BUT……..he escaped and ended up
in this cache. Please help him get to different caches so the Col. can't find him.
His wings are to small to fly !!
Take a pic of him in your arms to show he is ok and
NOT on a plate some place.
He would like to see a lot of caches in different states and meet a lot of
people on the way. Thanks for helping!!!!!!

We decided to take Chicken Little on a dazzling encounter with the dreaded Col. Sanders. Since a disguise was in order, we picked up a duck costume for him in Waynesville, Ohio (see lampost photo). Next, we drove him to the KFC in Lebanon, Ohio, where he taunted Colonel Sanders in front of the restaurant (see photo). He went unrecognized and made a safe escape.

Placed him in a cache called "Hopping Down the Bunny Trail" where we thought he'd be safe from would-be chicken fryers...

Picked up Chicken Little and brought him home to enjoy a 4th of July lunch outside at the bird feeder. Will wisk him away to a safe place soon! There's a KFC about two tenths of a mile from here, so a disguise may be necessary... maybe a cow outfit...
