This signal racer is part of the 2012 WGA Picnic Travel Bug Race. As this race has some specific rules, please help it play the game right!

1.  No Dipping for miles - Please help the admins as they track these bugs. Only the first drop will count for miles anyways, so no visits.
2.  Drop it in a safe location - if the cache has history of being muggled or having Trackables go missing, please don't leave it there.
3.  The Race is a distance race though there will be other catagories tracked.  (most caches, most handlers) Please don't hold this    
      bug for long  periods.
4.  Race runs from Sept 22nd 2012 to Sept 21 2013 (picnic to picnic)
