When Mrs V was a little kid a hot air balloon landed in her yard. The kind man had to make a fast landing for some reason. He offered her and her parents a ride, but Mrs V has this terrible thing with heights and cried, not wanting to go on the balloon!

People were parking on the side of the road and coming on to the property to look at the terrific balloon, so the man gave them rides instead! lol

All this is a true story which took place in Aurora, Oregon- Not far from that AWESOME Canby GeoBash Ornith just held!!!

Discovered a very impressive collection of coins and signature items while visiting with Ornith. I saw a hot air balloon in the air yesterday morning which is a very rare sight for me any more. Thanks for sharing!
