Dutch 2010 Geocoin Tag- front

The Dutch 2010 Geocoin was a designed by De Haelder who won the election with his design for the Dutch Geocoin 2010. Together with k2coins the artwork for the geocoin was finalized and the mintage was started.
During the mintage of the geocoin things went terrible wrong, which led to a delay in the mintage. Although reasons were comprehensible it causes a lot of displeasure against the responsible persons.
Given the current situation the mintage was nevertheless finished and the geocoins delivered with a two month delay to the purchasers. As an act of frienship each geocoin came with an additional pathtag to compensate the enormous delay.

Endlich mal eine Sammlung die man vor Ort besichtigen konnte. Nicht einfach nur der Austausch von Zetteln mit Zugangscodes sondern eine tatsächlich sichtbare Sammlung mit sehr vielen "älteren" Coins ab 2006 ff. wie zum Beispiel die Poffertjes, Twin Peaks oder Groningen Coins. Vielen Dank für das Pflegen und Ausstellen der Sammlung sagt ein Schildescher aus Köln.

Diese wunderbare Sammlung durfte ich auf dem Coin Event in Eindhoven bewundern.

Sehr bemerkenswert, dass jemand so viele Coins besitzt. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen, dass ich nicht nur die Originale sehen konnte, sondern auch die Möglichkeit habe, diese zu discovern. Vielen Dank dafür!

Een Geocoinfest in Nederland: daar moet ik echt bij zijn. En wat ga je daar doen? Natuurlijk heel veel travelbugs en vooral geocoins bekijken. Wat een feest! Zo veel prachtige verzamelingen, waaronder zeker die mooie collectie van Geo-Dragonchild. Met veel dank heb dan ook van de CO de tracking codes beschikbaar gekregen om de coins ook daadwerkelijk te kunnen discoveren. Dat scheelt een boel schrijfwerk. TFTCoins :D!
