Part of my collection that travels with me and won't be released to the world. Sadly, some of the nicer coins I've released on missions have been nicked and disappear.
Living in Montana and Utah, I did not see any lighthouses until a trip to Maine. I was excited to see my first one. It could not have been better, the sun was shining just right illuminating it perfectly. I am looking forward to seeing the pictures of the different light houses. It is a Red and White Lighthouse coin.
This design came from a geocacher in Soderhamn, a port town on the Swedish east coast where there are several rocky islands and different lighthouses scattered about. She says, "Lighthouses hold a great deal of symbolism to many people, for different reasons, which makes them even more special to me. Making this was a joy for me and I hope you truly enjoy the beauty of it!"
