"Twinkie, Twinkie, Little suet-filled sponge cake
crisco log, Now I know just what you are.
Animal, Vegetable, Mineral, or Food?"
Quoted from SPY magazine, July 1989 - Author Unknown.
Read the following article about a real test done on the "purported durability and unusual physical characteristics of Twinkies."
The Kid's Twinkie Test is Geocaching's version of this "purported durability" of Twinkies. The twinkie inside needs to be subjected to geocache travel: mountains, lowlands, highlands, flood plains, dry heat, torrential downpours, scorching temperatures, Amazon jungles, deserts, foreign lands - you name it. Feel free to photograph drastic conditions. We'll see if it survives to journey's end.
IN YOUR LOG please include Twinkie recipes, little-known facts, and personal experiences about Twinkies.
