Our Mission for Flower Power Pup is to travel to interesting places and to as many different caches as possible.
We are puppy walkers for Guide Dogs for the Blind and would like Flower to see things that visually impaired people cannot.
I have now walked four pups for Guide Dogs and each one is working hard with their new owner. If you would like to sponsor a guide dog pup so you can be part of helping someone else gain a best friend and guide, please visit www.guidedogs.org.uk
10th April 2017 - Flower Guide Dog pup has now travelled over 3000 miles seeing things that visually impaired people would love to see. Thank you all so very much for taking care of her and making sure she travels safely. I would love to see a photograph of her to see what condition she is in now.
Our family are puppy walkers for Guide Dogs for the Blind. Each potential guide dog lives with a volunteer puppy walker like us who – with advice and support from our Puppy Walking Supervisor – cares for a guide dog pup until it is 12–14 months of age. We train them in obedience, commands and walking on the lead. We also get the pup used to different environments including homes, busy town centres, quiet country lanes and public transport, to experience all the sights, sounds and smells they may encounter as a fully qualified guide dog. There are around 1,000 volunteer puppy walkers like us across the UK.
When we are out Geocaching we take our guide dog pups with us, they enjoy being out and about and meeting lots of people.
If you see our Flower Guide Dog Puppy please pass her on to the next cache as quickly as possible as we want her to see things that visually impaired people cannot.
Qualification photographs of three out of the four guide dog pups we have walked. The yellow girl, 'Natalie' is now the UK Guide Dogs Demonstration dog and works at Crufts and other big events to show sighted people just how Guide Dogs help.

Found the TB in the More Movie Memories series in Symmondsbury. Not sure which cache exactly, forgot by the time I got home! On trying to log the find, I see that the previous finder did not log the move or indeed the next person, so logging it to let you know it is not lost. Hope this makes sense!
Will move on asap.
