www.911memorial.org - Try to choose the closest cache possible to the relevant place. Thus, just any cache in New York city would be too vague for a person who was born in New York City. Be more specific and closer to the relevant spot! (at least borough, better yet: close to relevant street).
Upon successful completion of linking all 2,983 people killed in the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, this bug will be donated to the "National September 11 Memorial & Museum" in New York City.
