Current Goal

I would love to share the stories & places you take my Travel Bug with my Kids, Grand-Kids, and Great-Grand-Kids ! 
My son got me started geocaching at 75, so I guess I'm a Senior Geocacher ! 
 
I recieved my user name because I  have several desert turtles in my back yard that I watch over with loving care!
It all started when we rescued a turtle that was very seriously injured by a neighborhood dog [:(]. The vet had to do surgery (yes surgery on a turtle..lol) and after recovering from the her many injuries she was able to get around our back yard for many many more years on her three remaining legs. We names her Faith,and to our surprise,  she blessed us with baby turtles the first summer after she arrived . Papa has fixed up our yard to be a Turtle sanctuary [:)] and we now enjoy a large family of desert turtles.They love to eat lettuce out of our hands, graze the small lawn Papa keeps green and lush for them, and sleep in one of the several "turtle hotels" (covered tunnel areas) made for their comfort and protection.

What can you say about mom except thank you and I love you !!
 
My daughter and son-in-law got me started Geo-Caching which has become a wonderful hobby, or an addiction !  In honor of our family fun - I am sending out TB for each of my friends and family members that I get addicted...opps...I mean introduce to Geo-Caching.
