My mission is to have my picture taken opening as many different types of beer as possible. Please use me to open a bottle and take a picture, then upload it to the gallery. I'm one of many bottle opener travelers in a race to open the biggest variety of beers, so please be sure to put me back in a new cache!
The Blue Hills Brewery was established in May 2008 and currently operates out of its headquarters in Canton, MA. The brewery derives its name from the nearby Blue Hills, so named by early European Explorers who noticed the blueish hue of while sailing along the coastline. The coloration comes from the presence of Riebeckite in the stone. Blue Hills brews six regular beers including the Comet Tail Pale Ale, Black Hops black ale, and the flagship Blue Hill IPA. In addition, the brewery produces a number of limited release beers in the Single Malt Series. Anti-Matter 4is a Kolsch style ale and the newest release in the series. It uses a single malt and single hop. Free beer tastings are available at the Canton brewery Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
