Whoo Are You? should travel to geoCache containers located in Nature Preserves, State Parks, and National Parks. Finders of this Travel Bug should try to photograph it in its natural surroundings and upload the picture to the Whoo Are You? Web page.
The key chain was given to me by an art teacher from Munich, Germany about 10 years ago during our Sister City Teacher Exchange. I thought that it would be nice if the owl toured the United States for awhile.
