Discovered It 5/4/2015 Akanne discovered it   Visit Log

I just found this travel bug while raking my gravel driveway. I live in the Spenard area of Anchorage, AK. I see that this bug has been missing for a while. How can I help it continue its journey? From the map it looks like there is a cache not far away from me. I would be happy to send it on its way. What do I do to accomplish that?

If you know the coordinates of the cache retrieve them and let the owner of the cache know so they can edit it. Or just move the cache to where you originally found it. if you have more questions just ask.

I’m afraid this Travel Bug has to be considered lost. The cache it was in was found by a non-cacher who didn’t understand the difference between a cache and a trackable, and took the whole cache and rehid it. Because he found the cache by accidentally stumbling across it, I guess he figured that’s the way it is normally done. Since he also doesn’t understand the role of coordinates in hiding and finding caches and the trackables in them, all the information we have is that he hid it “in open caves made of tree branches“ somewhere in Alaska.

Left this travel bug in open caves made of tree branches;)

You are correct I had no idea what I was doing and apologize. But I know where it is. How do I leave cordinates to help it get found?? I never ment to mess up the game thought is was awesome.
