Marjaliisa (Travel Bug)
Tämä TB on omistettu parhaalle ystävälleni, Marjaliisa-possulle. Minulla oli ilo tutustua Marjaliisaan alkukesästä 2010. Vietimme vauhdikkaan kesän ja syksyn Marjaliisan ja hänen siskonsa Pirjon kanssa juoksennellen Vilppulan Kotiniemen pihoilla ja pelloilla. Marjaliisa oli reipas ja kiltti tyttö. Hänen lempiruokaansa oli Jappiksen leipoma tuore vehnäleipä. Marjaliisa nukkui omassa majassaan siskonsa kanssa kovasti kuorsaten. Kesäpäivinä oli mukava käydä kahlaamassa Ajosjärven rannassa ja leikkiä pallolla ja pahvilaatikoilla.
Tottelevaiset possutytöt kävelivät perässäni ja palasivat aitaukseen kiltisti kävelyretkien jälkeen ottamaan mutakylpyjä. Välillä vaan istuimme yhdessä pihalla ja tarinoidessani rapsuttelin Marjaliisaa korvan takaa. Tytöillä kävi paljon vieraita ja heille pidettiin iloiset juhlat, joissa syötiin hyvin ja juostiin kukkaleit kaulassa.
Ystävyytemme oli aitoa ja lämmintä. Meistä oli tullut tärkeitä toisillemme. Luottamus toiseen ja aito välittäminen muodostuivat ystävyytemme kulmakiviksi. Talven tultua tiemme erosivat meistä riippumattomista syistä, mutta lupasin rakkaalle ystävälleni, että tulemme vielä joskus tapaamaan toisemme taas...
Tämä TB vieköön mukanaan sanomaa ikuisen ystävyyden, luottamuksen ja välittämisen tärkeydestä.

Marjaliisa (Travel Bug)
This TB is dedicated to my best friend, Marjaliisa the pig. I had the pleasure to meet Marjaliisa in early summer of 2010. We spent an action-packed summer and autumn with Marjaliisa and her sister Pirjo running in the yards and fields of Kotiniemi in Vilppula. Marjaliisa was a brave and kind girl. Her favorite food was fresh wheat bread that Jappis had baked. Marjaliisa slept in her hut with her sister snoring very loudly. It was nice to spend summer days wading on Ajosjärvi beach and playing with ball and carton boxes.
Obedient piggy girls walked behind me and went back to their pen nicely to take a mud bath after long walks. Sometimes we just sat together in the yard and I told stories and scratched Marjaliisa behind her ear. The girls had a lot of guests and we organized a happy celebration with good food and partying with flower leis around necks.
Our friendship was genuine and warm. We had become important to each other. Trust in each other and caring become the cornerstones of our friendship. In the beginning of the winter our roads separated for reasons beyond us. But I promised my dear friend, that we will meet each other again sometime...
I hope this TB spreads a message of everlasting friendship, trust and the importance of caring.
