TB Czech hockey open air game 2011

Téma tohoto TB je věnováno prvnímu novodobému českému hokejovému zápasu, konanému pod širým nebem. Konalo se na plochodrážním stadionu v Pardubicích dne 2. 1. 2011, který byl upraven pro potřeby hokejového zápasu. Z vítězství se nakonec radoval celek HC Eaton Pardubice, který dokázal otočit zápas proti Kometě Brno a vyhrát tak 4:2. Zápas sledovalo 17 140 diváků, což se stalo historicky nejvyšší návštěvou české extraligy.
V současnosti se pardubický klub může pyšnit 5 tituly vítězy nejvyšší české hokejové soutěže (1972/1973, 1986/1987, 1988/1989, 2004/2005 a 2009/2010) a účastí na řadě evropsky známých turnajů jako jsou European trophy nebo třeba Spengler Cup.
V současnosti hraje řada bývalých pardubických hráčů, kteří zde odstartovali svou hvězdnou kariéru nejen v NHL (Milan Hejduk, Aleš Hemský, ...) a KHL (Tomáš Rolinek, Petr Čáslava, Petr Průcha, …), ale také v dalších nejvyšších evropských ligách.

The theme of this  TB is honouring the first open air hockey game in the modern history of the Czech Republic. The game took place on January 2. 2011 at a speedway stadium, which was modified to  the  needs of the hockey game.  HC Eaton Pardubice has managed to win the game against Kometa Brno 4:2 with 17140 watching the game at the stadium, which turned out to be the highest attended game in the history of the Czech Hockey League.  
HC Pardubice holds 5 Czech Hockey league winning trophys from the years 1972/73; 1986/87; 1988/89; 2004/05 and 2009/10. The club also participates in European tournaments like European Trophy and Spengler Cup.
Many players that started their hockey careers in Pardubice are now playing in the NHL (Milan Hejduk, Ales Hemsky, …), KHL (Tomas Rolinek, Petr Caslava, Petr Prucha, …) but also other high european leagues.
