Hoxie Scout GeoCoin - Humshaugh


This GeoCoin has been specially imported for the benefit of GeoCachers in the UK, especially the North East. We understand that these coins are often perceived as collectable, but please do not keep it as it spoils it for other cachers.

The rules of the game are up to the individual, but we feel swapping tracking numbers by email to get the logo isn't really part of caching, so we'd prefer it if you'd only log our coins if you've actually seen them in person.

The name of this coin reflects the first official Scout Camp which was held at Humshaugh in Nothumberland (which is distinct from the better known, trial camp held on Brownsea Island in Dorset).

This is definitely not in Brandy on the Rocks. Was placed 4 and a half years ago, and was then taken (according to the logs) but someone who has only ever done 3 caches and has not logged in for 4 and a half years! So I am afraid this one needs marking as lost (by by the owner or the CO of the current cache).
