    Interesting that this bug got its start in New Braunfels. I was station in San Antonio in the mid-80s and we used to go out there to hang out at a lake - good times. Looks like there are not many pics of it - I'll take it around and remedy that a bit.

    • Stumpish This is the remnants of an old cedar than was probably hundreds of years old when it was logged early in the previous century. Many of the trees that were logged in this area were used to help rebuild Seattle after the great fire.
