I am in a TRAVEL BUG RACE to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, to a VIRTUAL CACHE known as the DAWN OF AVIATION. The monument is located near Kill Devil Hills, NC. It is the sight of the Wright Brothers’ first powered, heavier-than-air flight. Please TAKE MY PHOTO with this virtual

This poor li'l fowl just can't get a break, can he? He's been so close to his goal several times but now here he is outside Petco World Headquarters in San Diego! (Maybe he's looking for the San Diego Chicken.) I'm going to Chapel Hill, N.C., soon and will take him along. Maybe this time he can actually get to the Wright Brothers!

We located this one while doing a day of caching in San Diego, but since we currently have 22 TB's in our van, we just could not rightly take another. This trip was more to drop some off. 🙂
