Current Goal

Formerly Captain of the Blue Feather, me ship has crashed on Maui's reef and I needs to get to me back-up ship, the Cagafuego. Last I saw her, she was in the eastern seas. Hopefully I'll meet up with me crew again sometime too. Arrrrgh.

After taking the Captain to a few coastal spots, we found ourselves at the Cape Cod Canal today. Though we're disappointed he did not find the Cagafuego with us, we felt this was a great spot to leave the Captain. Right on the canal very close to Mass Maritime Academy there is a very good chance the Captain will find a fellow sailor to help him with his quest.

The Captain came with us to cub scout family camp this past weekend. And also on a pack beach hike around Houghs Neck in Quincy. We saw much boat wreckage (and tons of spitting clams) due to the moon providing a super low tide. But Arrr, no sign of the Cagafuego.

Our 3rd cache in this coastal park. This virtual was a monument to a sailor lost at sea. Despite not finding the Captain's ship, the Cagafuego, this was a nice spot for a fellow sailor to visit.

Welcome Aboard Captain. We are not sure what eastern seas you are looking for but you have reached the US east coast. In fact GeoFunFamily's home views a cove, within a bay within Massachusetts Bay. AKA the Atlantic Ocean. The Cagafuego is not in our cove. Since the caches we go after are frequently near the coast line we will keep the captain with us for a while looking for his ship until we find a good cache to leave him to continue his search. :D
