Gromit would love to travel the world and have wonderful adventures. Please help Gromit to travel, he wants to see beautiful sights, interesting landmarks and meet lovely people in many countries.
Gromit belongs to Alex, aged 5, and we are sending him out on his big adventure in order to teach Alex about the world through following Gromit's travels. Please look after Gromit and take photos and tell us stories of his adventures if you can.
We chose Gromit to be our travel bug as it was Gromit that got us into the world of geocaching... We were lucky enough to have the fabulous Gromit Unleashed (www.gromitunleashed.org.uk) charity art trail in Bristol over the summer (2013) and Alex loved the challenge of finding all 80 Gromits hiding around our lovely city. Once the trail was over Alex was keen to do some more treasure hunting and hence our geocaching adventure was started!
