About This Item

Dad's mug, conspicuously empty.

I got this pewter mug secondhand a few years ago, but isn't getting the workout that it deserves. It needs to get out to meet other geocachers. Let's go visit some geo-gatherings!
This travel mug's main mission is to go to meetings of geocachers, and be photographed raising a frosty few over stories of caches found, lost and placed. Then, pass it on to another geocacher to go to an event, and repeat the process. If there aren't any geocache meetings in your area, start one! Meet all of those strange people who leave boxes of toys in the woods. Only as a last resort should this be left in a cache (such as picking it up at an event, and never planning on caching or going to another event again).
It's engraved with "Dad" on the side. I don't know whose dad it is, so raise a toast to your dad or any other who needs a toast.

The Rules:

1. If you receive me at a cache meeting, take me to another one, and soon! If you don't plan on attending one somewhere else, pass me on or place me in a cache as a last resort!

2. Log my movements at www.geocaching.com

3. Jot down my serial number if you take me from one cache meeting to another without going home to your computer so that you can track my travels.

4. This is a party travel mug, it wants to be photographed with geocachers! Add a photo if you can. If not, leave stories on the webpage.

5. If you have trouble logging where I am, contact: budophylus@gmail.com for assistance.
