Current Goal

To race all the other tags to Cartmel, Cumbria to the NW Mega 2012 - achieving (hopefully!) the highest mileage of them all while staying within the UK and obeying the following rules :-
There are a few rules:

  1. Race entrants are not to leave the UK.

  2. Entrants are not allowed to hitch-hike around several caches with a single cacher.

  3. Entrants can go to events.

  4. If your entry has sat in a cache for more than 2 weeks, then you may intervene to get it on the move again (either in person or by getting in touch with a cacher near to it).

  5. No race mileage can be logged before 31st July 2011.

  6. Only logged miles up to and including the eve of UK Mega 2012 count.

  7. Entrants are not to travel via royal mail or any other carrier service.

I know Cartmel very well as my grandparents used to live in Grange over Sands, we'd walk to "The Hospice" a strange square building on the top of a hill. That was years ago but I'll try to get in northwards asap.
