Titanic left Belfast on 2nd April 1912 arriving in Southampton ready for her grand departure on 10 April 1912, Titanic called at Cherbourg in France and Queenstown (now Cobh) in Ireland before heading westwards towards New York. As Titanic never reached New York my mission for this coin is to have a photo taken with the Statue of Liberty, after that just to travel the world. Thanks Plenty of nice photos
The sinking of the RMS Titanic occurred on the night of 14 April through to the morning of 15 April 1912, 100 years on this Travel coin is commemorating the tragedy................

Honoured to be the first to pick up this 'Titanic' geocoin on this the start of it's journey on the 100th anniversary of the sinking of that great, Belfast-built, ship. Will move it on soon.
