What? A Jeep with a CT license plate in Tibbets Brook Park with a TB on it. Drove over, took down the number. Guessed it might be BriGuy...and yes we were right. Sorry we missed you! We had just completed some of your OCATTs nearby. Thanks for another great OCATT day. Nice jeep--happy travels!!!
