Poor Brady!  I found this tb at Calf Pasture Point in North Kingstown, RI.  A previous log mentioned that he was dropped off, but he wasn't able to be logged through geocaching.com.  After a little investigation, I realized that poor Brady is perfectly trackable, he just isn't activated!  I was able to retrieve the activation code, so Brady is now activated, free from his winter's hibernation den, and ready to explore the world.  Please help Brady move along!
