    I just rolled into Salida and going to spend a couple weeks, maybe more, between here and Leadville. I'll be caching all along the way what a beautiful area and lots to do

    Is this a letterbox? I found if so. Had to bend my back way low and use my touch to locate. I took the tram up and was last one down before they stopped it for lightning. What a cool spot!

    Headed towards Salida and I have a month to explore the area before heading south to NMex again.

    Sad sad sad. If I lived here I'd volunteer to keep this up. I found animal bones outside the fence, see pix. as well as the cache. I was about to give up but a sun beam caught it. Go figure. Thanks for bringing me here. I thought of all my pups.

    What a cute little PO. After chatting with the post mistress and seeing all the new renovations around and checking everywhere we came up missing. I took the liberty of replacing and you will need your tweezers to retrieve. Have a seat to contemplate.

    I'm on my way to Salida and Leadville area to explore and camp. I'm not looking forward to 11k pass I have to ascend and descend. But that's Colorado for you.

    Nice. Yes coords are 30 feet off. It's raining and a thunderstorm just rolled in. Glad I didn't have to hike this today I put in some cool swag.

    I was going to go for thus but all the DNFs discouraged me it took me 6 hours to get from Gunnison as the 92 was awesome!
