Goal: #1 Keep me in the State of Washington. #2 Make guest appearances at CITO events and other geocaching events. Just be sure to pass me to another cacher, instead of placing me in a "pot" of travel bugs for anybody to grab. When there are no events happening in the State of Washington, just keep me traveling within this state's borders.
I used to be in a race with Do-GoOdeR 2 (The Evil One). The other coin made it back before I did. In a race between two coins, only one can win by making it back first. Congratulations Do-GoOdeR 2 (The Evil One).
None of this really matters now at this point. The important part is just to keep me traveling.

Someone walked up to me at the Block Party and gave me this coin, telling me it had to go from person to person. Got back from my huge honeymoon trip across the west to discover this coin wants to stay in the state of Washington. Whoops! Guess that person gave it to the wrong cacher. Not sure if the owner would like me to pass it on to someone in Ohio, where I am now, or would rather I mail it back to Washington. Let me know!
