Hi, I’m Trek, the BaCk 2 SkOOl travel bug. I love to trek all around the world visiting schools as I go... I travel with a logbook so I can collect autographs of the kids I meet (young and old) and pictures of the schools I visit.
Note: I like to travel so don't pick me up it you can't place me back in a cache within 10 days.
My name is Trek and I love to visit schools all around the world. The very first school I visited was Jefferson Elementary School in West Allis, WI. Just look in my log book to see.
Please pick me up and take me along to the school of your choice. If you have a camera, try to get the name of the school in the picture along with you and me.
Next sign your name, along with the name of your school, city, state, and the date, in the notebook that travels along with me. If you want you can also add a picture too.
Then, if you can, please send me a copy of the picture via e-mail at webguy@wi.rr.com or look us up on www.geocaching.com. Look for Team Dew, SkreeminWeezul, or “BaCk 2 SkOOl” cache.

This travel bug has returned home thanks to kcpenn. It's been damaged even thought we had it in a plastic zip lock bag.
Thank you all for moving it along, and returning it after it was damaged. The geocaching community pulls through again.
Current plans are to re-make this as new travel bug with a different purpose. A travel bug that next time won't be effected by rain or water.

We retrieved this one out in Ohio and it was in bad shape, so we contacted the owner and he requested that we mail it back to him for maintenance and repairs, so we did just that. kcepenn Youngsville, Pa

Picked this TB up from Get Well Soon. The cache owner had the TB to dry it out and see if they could contact the owner. They said that the message they received back was that your email thru geocaching.com is no longer valid. The book itself had gotten very very wet and most of the stuff in it is ruined. What would you like me to do about it? Get a new log book and mail you the old one? Let me know.

Trek was anxious to get away from the Ledges and begged us to rescue him. We will move him on his journey soon. Meanwhile he wants to visit some of the local schools.
