About This Item

School of Bones

This is one member of a school of 9 GeoBonefish that are being released in the wild. The plan is for them to travel in the wild and stay free. These fish are less expensive pewter castings of my famed bronze and nickel versions. I have reused several lost and missing Travel Bug numbers to add tracking to these GeoBonefish. Please log them in and keep them moving. All of the pewter fish that I have made are being released in the wild. If you see one in anyones collection, they have removed it from the wild. I discovered this "bug" while kayaking in the Gaspe with JDG. We forgot to log the visit and I was reminded of the find today while going through some vacation pictures. Strangely when I looked up the tracking number, this little fellow has morphed from a bone fish to a grasshopper. It was an impressive grasshopper and any bone fish would have been proud with the transformation!

this one changed mysteriously its body: on the 8/3/2008 we can read "cool little TB" then on the 10/04/2008 it became grass hooper... Strange life...
