the first trackable has vanished... gone into the missing bugs void...then the second vanished... so now this TB is a boring metal Police Motor Bike... stil as special to me as the original though..
To police caches far and wide, making the world a safer place. Photographic evidence would be fantastic!!!
If taken to events, please ensure he is logged both in and out correctly as several bugs have gone to meets and then have never been seen again.
If the original trackable is found, please let me know and I can sort it out, RVG
CHiPs WAS a Lego motor cycle policeman, attached to a dog tag and key ring explaining his mission. This little Highway Police Motorcyle is all ready for action. He is now a metal more sturdy bike, so please take good care of him. He is in tribute to the CHiPs TV series I enjoyed watching in my youth, but his initials stand for Caching Hideaway in Popular spots!!!!
Safe travels little bike, keep the wheels turning RVG

Interesting travel bug. I have had several encounters with the police myself here in Holland while geocaching.
One encounter was very early on a quiet rainy Sunday morning. I was looking for a cache in the railing of a small road on top of a bridge over a big motor road. No one in sight and even the motor road A4 was quiet.
Suddenly a police car stops right at the place where I was. "What are we doing?". Hmm.. what is that the dutch police always uses the phrase "we" instead of "you"? Anyway, I had no idea why on earth I deserved to be questioned by the police. "Because you bring people in dangerous situations" Huh? Which people? I looked around me while the sky was dark grey because the next rain shower was due to start. When I explained geocaching they wanted to see the bag that I was carrying. Unfortunately for them, there was no reason to hold me any longer and they left.
I will see where I will bring the TB next.

A very nice place in the country. A difficult cache so I think ChiPS will stay in my neighbourhood. This will make our place much safer. See pictures. Good travelling to other places to mke these safer too.
