Comme les Scouts sont présents à travers le monde entier, elle aimerait beaucoup visiter tous ces coins de pays et parcourir un trajet plein d'aventure. Aidez-la donc à faire quelques kilomètres de plus !!!! Nous aimerions particulièrement recevoir des photos des groupes scouts des régions visitées par la croix.

Since Scouts are all around the world, the cross would like to visit all those countries. Help it to travel some more kilometers !!! We would greatly appreciate receiving pictures of scout groups of the areas visited by the cross.

The silver cross is given to the young scouts (11 to 14 years old) at their Scout promise in french Canada Scout Association.

I am so very sorry to Carca Joue. This was our very first TB and we thought that we were doing a good job by tacking it with us and bringing it to some Scouting friends in the UK. After more delay thast I had intended I got the TB to them and thought that had fixed things. It was only when I looked back and checked on a nostalgia trip that I noticed they had not managed to move it on. They had misplaced the TB but after some nagging I managed to get them to give it back.
We took it with us to France on Easter hols but with no success of finding a suitable cache - didn't want it to be just any old cache.
We will now be taking it to a scouting specific cache just outside a Scout hut in Manchester and leaving a message with the scouts in the hope that we can get it back into proper scouting circulation.
Again, our most sincere apologies, and we hope that it has a better journey from now.

I will be honest, my friend staged this after bringing the bug back from France to ensure that it fell into the hands of a Scout Leader! Will be updating with photos of my group shortly before dropping it in another site (near a Scout Camp)......

Photo with 2nd Ashton on Mersey North Brownies - admittedly it's not Scout, but Brownies is part of the same family. Plans set for passing onto a Scouting family via a Manchester cache in the next 2 weeks. Sorry it's taken so long.

We took le Croix to Bruges but on exploring our geo options could not find a suitable scouting connection within our limited tourist range. So we took a photo of it on it's brief Beligum holiday (it's an Earth Cache so the photo is no spoiler!) and are now taking it with us back to the UK where we are confident we can connect it up with Scouts there.
