This "Hitchhiker" is "Clappy II".  The original "Clappy" was muggled and this is the replacement.  It's mission is to travel to caches where people will be clapping.  As an example: races, contests, concerts, sports events and etc..  Please let us know why you have chosen the place you have chosen.
