La Tomatina is a festival that is held in the Valencian town of Buñol, a town located in the East of Spain 30 km from the Mediterranean, in which participants throw tomatoes and get involved in this tomato fight purely for entertainment purposes. Since 1945 It has been held on the last Wednesday of August, during the week of festivities of Buñol.

This is the entry band I received when I joined La Tomatina with four friends during our summer vacation in 2014. I've been wearing it for a year, until I set it free in the following summer trip to Denmark.
Please treat it well, as it's very important to me. If it reaches Buñol, me and my friends will travel there to pick it up!
