Found it at 44°31’40”N 107°14’43”W at Cloudpeak Wilderness trailhead in the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. Will be sending it on its way shortly.

Found in Rhode Island road tripped through New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut. Traveled all the way back to Dallas Texas after a summer backpacking trip.
