Pork Spare Ribs

I want to see different foods and cuisines from around the country/world.  If possible, I'd love to see a picture of the spoon with your meal.  If you can't do that, I'd love to hear about the food in your log. 

I'll start it with one of my favorite meals at ones of my favorite places.  A half rack of pork spare ribs from Blues City Cafe in downtown Memphis, TN on Beale Street.
