Dropped into a Masked Crusader geocache hidden in the woods at the Laura Hare Nature Preserve in Brown County, Indiana. The closest we can find to a National Park around here. :)
We love to visit National Parks and have been to many, with many more still to look forward to! Our favorite National Park is Yosemite, for the absolutely stunning natural beauty and its variety, from the Garden of Eden view of the valley coming out from the tunnel, to towering rock formations, gorgeous waterfalls, wildflower meadows, Glacier Point with its expansive mountain views and Sequoia Grove, to name a few. We also loved Acadia and, just this spring, the amazing Arches National Park.
The Laura Hare Nature Preserve at Downey Hill is one of many created and protected by the Sycamore Land Trust in Southern Indiana, we are grateful for them and the volunteers who help maintain them for us to enjoy, just like our National Parks Volunteers!
Sycamore Land Trust is a 501c3 nonprofit conservation organization that has been protecting land, restoring habitat, and connecting people to nature in southern Indiana since 1990.
