About This Item

“Terminator Pig” is one of the nicknames archaeologists have given to the Dinohyus, an extinct pig-like animal that is the villain in a story I wrote recently.  It weighed a ton, was totally carnivorous, and could run as fast as a racehorse.  Even the archaeologists who study it agree that it is a good thing this creature no longer exists.  There is a mock-up of the Dinohyus in the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and this display was the inspiration for my story.
