AT Georgia nickel coin

This coin is one of the series featuring all the states along the Appalachian Trail through the old mountains of Eastern United States. So far the Georgia, Tennessee/N.Carolina, Virginia, W. Virginia, and Maryland coins have been released. I can't wait until the Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine ones are out -- Fall of 2006?

When looking at Google Earth it looks as though the cache it's in is a field. That makes me wonder what kind of cache container it is! Ah, but now I notice is it only the first stage. So there may not be a container at all.

Since this Georgia AT coin has reached Switzerland I wonder if this coin can make it to Lausanne -- where my son lives -- and into a cache I visited there in 2006?! GCTNEZ GEO FRANCIGENA #12# LOSANNA. Happy travels in the geocaching world.
