The goal is pretty simple to answer: Stay active and move from cache to cache and share a few pictures if you can. Live the life of a Travel Bug, show them off at events, dip them into caches, pictures, anything you can do to help it along. I like to watch all of my trackables move, and utilize a mapping site to see where they all are and how each individual bug is doing.. I read all the notes for them, so if there is an interesting story you would like to share about it's travels, I would love to read it!
The one thing I do ask is that if you find yourself in a period of time that you just can not cache, please take 10 mins and drop the bug into a cache where it could be picked up by another cacher. Thanks!
Personal Note 8/9/2013 - Just wanted to drop in and write a note, I am greatly enjoying watching this guy go around all over the place and want to thank each and every one of you that have helped it on the journey it has taken so far, and to thank everyone else who has yet to pick it up but will :-)
Update: 3/3/2013 - The race is over! I'm now just a normal bug. During my time out in the race I visited 3 countries and had 111 hops totaling in 6335.6 miles. There is a finish line event coming up where we will find out where I placed overall in the race. When that time has come there will be another update with more details.
Thanks to everyone who moved this bug along during the race, I'm especially happy that this is my first multi country trackable!
