To travel the world sharing the messages of caring for our environment and the need for peace between the peoples of the world. This beautiful geocoin would love to have its picture taken with the glorious scenery around this earth and not stay in anyone's rucksack for more than two weeks. Thanks!
The artist Dan Morris has licensed his art to create the Peace Night and Day Geocoin. It is full of colors and translucence, and this coin is packed full of detail. It has 2-D and 3-D designs, lots of hard enamel colours and measures 2" diameter.
As a student member of both Greenpeace and CND who gained a degree majoring in Biological Science I have always been a keen advocate of environmental projects. This coin has brought back lots of memories of my over-zealous youth as an Eco Warrior back in the days when that was seen as being a 'hippy' and it depicts some of the amazing features of the natural world. I hope it brings a smile to your face.
This is being re-released as a laminated 'Poxy Proxy' since someone has my gorgeous coin and has kept it. I hope it brings them lots of happiness whilst the rest of us make do with a facsimile of the original.
