This trackable was created for the Ironbound Hike 2011 event (GC1X888). It has since come with me to Ukraine and was activated on April Fools Day 2012.

20 of May 2012 Anytimer [me] & Jessochka visited The Kyiv National Philharmonic geocache, but did not find any TB or GC inside. The cache & it's location is OK, so I think this TB is missed..
