Current Goal

This Travel Bug (or Elephant) is named George. His goal is to reach New York in time for 2004 GOP Convention. It would be a plus if George could visit his home state of Texas along the way.

George has made it to his first destination a bit early. He even got to visit Texas along the way.

Now he would like to hang around the New York area until after the convention and then go to Washington DC.

George traveled up the Hudson River to Albany, NY's state capital today. He got to visit the Empire State Plaza, NY State Capitol Building, and a replica of Henry Hudsons "Half Moon" ship which was sailed up the Hudson River in 1609.
