Current Goal

"Flemish" refers to people from the medieval country of Flanders which covers parts of Belgium, France and Holland. They were famous for their Floral plate designs mimicked the flowers and wares of English and Dutch merchants who brought their floral arrangements to be sold to nobles. The front of the Dutch Ceramic Plates Geocoins shows pattern of the traditional artworks of the Flemish people. In this connetion the Dutch edition shows most known patterns from the Dutch region, while the Flemish editions shows patterns from the Flemish region. The backside of the coin shows a flower on white pearl enamel with the word Flanders written among it.

We wisten niet wat ons te wachten stond tijdens deze Mega Geocoinfest in Eindhoven, het is tenslotte ons eerste Mega event. Maar dat het zo druk zou zijn en dat we zoveel coins/tbs hebben kunnen bewonderen dat is ongelofelijk. Met name de vitrines op de bovenste etage wat een collectie. Daar kun je uren naar kijken, de 1e is nog mooier dan de andere. Wat super fijn dat we deze kunnen discoveren.

Auf dem Geocoinfest Europe 2015 in Eindhoven hat der Owner seine tolle Sammlung von sehr schönen Geocoins ausgestellt. Es hat schon eine Weile gedauert, bis ich alle durchgeschaut hatte. Eine dieser schönen Coins war diese hier.
