I feel fortunate to have pocketed this Micro Geocoin. I was returning from a caching trip in Bel Air, MD when I received notification of the publication of Happy Fourth Of July. I focused on getting to the cache without delay but kept thinking that others would arrive before me. Upon arriving I saw two vehicles near GZ with headlights burning and figured I might as well go over and sign the log since I was there. It turned out that the people there were not geocachers and I did get the FTF!
The coin embodies freedom, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, qualities sorely lacking in many aspects of modern society but blossoming in geocaching, in my opinion. Thanks to cargirl666 for awarding this treasure that I will keep.
