as luck would have it, 'trinkets and treasures' wound up here, days before i likely would have stumbled upon this cache. i 'needed' a fifth bug for my upcoming trip to the land of cheddar. why?
of course i don't really need any. but i wanted a couple to seed my cache and the neighboring cache at the eau claire dells park. that accounts for two.
on the way, i want to stop at the 'dog house inn,' a great travel bug hotel. when i first found it, i had no bug to trade, so i took one. i'd like to help the hotel remain vibrant, so i'm taking a replacement bug this weekend.
as there are two bugs at the hotel now, if that holds true on labor day weekend, i'm going to swap two for them, and bring them back to the twin cities.
hence i need five.
