About This Item

The Hawk-eye

If you take the traveler ... TEAM HAWK-EYE LOGO KEY FOB ... we would appreciate moving it on for us and providing photos of it's journey ... maybe a shot with your team holding the logo.

UPDATE (6-Feb-03) Hawk-eye Uno has traveled around the globe. I would like to see him now make it back to NC ... preferrably one of the Hawk Series caches in NC. If you can assist in this ... please help out. Also, one of the goals was to have photos made of the bug's journey ... so if you've made any during the time you've had this bug ... please post them ... Thanks

Finally "Hawk-eye UNO" has come to rest. This is the end of his travels ... once around the globe is far enough. El Diablo passed it back this morning over breakfast before whe went on a hunt.

Thanks El Diablo and everyone that helped to bring this guy back.

Trying to log it in Down Below Cache

Write note 3/15/2003 Last Lap Gang posted a note for it   Visit Log

Brought down from the Batmans's Treasure cache in Pennsylvania. I wish I had logged sooner but had a dinner engagement and I see it has been posted. Well this is what happen it SHOULD have been logged as planted by us in the Down Below Cache at the MGS March Meeting caches. It sounds like it is NC bound but am not sure if the cache mapping will be accurate because I don't seem to be able to place it in that cache for the miles and hide.

What an honor to have soemthing with soooo many miles on it. Almost home, baby!

Cooperagency passed this off to me at the MD Geocaching Society meeting and cache event. (I believe it had been passed on to her from Last Lap Team.) We go down to NC about once a month, so look for it down there next. We'll try to get some pictures in DC before we go.

What a fun day!
