I actually found this on New Years Day in a cache a quarter mile away, HBY-Don't Step Up (GC426FR). That's the cache that PHL had a FTF on. To keep mileage and retrieval in order I'm logging as if I found today.

I plan on heading south to another event later this week. I hope to release it then and add another state to its travels.
